Can I freeze the products?
Many of our products can be frozen, please see each individual product page for information about suitability for home freezing.
I cannot find a product on the website!
Some of our products are only available at markets due to their delicate nature. Please contact us if there is anything specific you would like to reserve for pick up at one of our markets!
Are the products dairy free?
Many of our products are dairy free, please see each individual product page for further details.
Do you make celebration cakes to order?
Yes! Due to the nature of these products they are not suitable for home delivery, and will require a minimum of 2 weeks notice (depending on style of cake required) please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail!
Are any of your products vegan?

When will I get my delivery?
Typically orders received by 6pm on Wednesday's are delivered on the following Friday, but please allow up to 10 working days for us to fulfil your order. Tracking information will be provided on day of delivery from our courier as long as valid email address is provided when ordering.
Do you need my email address?
Yes, for any enquiries we may have for your order, and for our courier to send you tracking information so you can receive your order without delay please provide an email address as part of your order.
Can you deliver on a specific day?
Excluding Bank Holidays we are able to delivery Wednesday to Friday, please contact us if you have any specific requirements before placing your order so we can see if our kitchen is able to accommodate this.
Can I pick up my delivery?
Yes, but please phone your order through to us directly as placing an order through our website will incur non-refundable delivery charges
Can you deliver anywhere?
To ensure fresh delivery of our products we are, at present, only able to deliver to mainland England and Wales.
I've heard you deliver by drone?
Sorry, not yet! But never say never, watch this space...
Do you sell at markets?
Yes! We often have a stall at local markets, please see our upcoming events page for information on confirmed events!
I don't want to miss out, can I reserve something to pick up at a market?
Yes! Please send us a message or call us on 01635 278533 before 6pm the Thursday before the market so we can confirm availability for you.
