The Legal Bit...

  • Judy & Jenny Hicks at Hampshire Gluten Free Company both hope you will enjoy purchases that we have cooked for you. Everything has been tried and tested by our family, friends and neighbors before we have added it to our list. We ask you to read the following terms and conditions carefully as they contains important information.

  • All our products offered here are gluten and wheat free making them suitable for those with coeliac disease, anyone intolerant to wheat and/or gluten and those who wish to follow a gluten and/or wheat free diet. Some items are also dairy or egg free but please see the description on individual items as these will be clearly marked dairy/egg free.

  • We dispatch parcels from Monday to Thursday on a next day delivery service to minimize the risk of goods being delayed with the carrier over the weekend.

  • We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods and delivery before your order can be accepted. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us when we send you an email confirming the delivery date. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. 

 

Accuracy of Content

  • We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

  • All photos shown represent serving suggestions. Extras such as plates, flowers, vegetables are not included.

 

Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact you by email or phone. You will have the option either to wait until the unavailable item is in stock and wait for delivery or to accept a replacement of the same or greater value, or cancel the unavailable item from your order

  • You must provide us with your email and phone number and we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm a delivery date.

 

Prices

  • The prices payable for your order are set out in our website. All prices are correct at the time of entering information

 

Delivery

  • It is important that the delivery address given by you is accurate as we cannot accept the responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address/postcode supplied.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery. Hampshire Gluten Free Company cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries due to no one being available to sign for and accept delivery. If there is a possibility you may be unavailable to sign for and accept the delivery our courier is able to leave it in a secure location of your choice provided this information has been given to us prior to delivery. Please ensure this location is secure and suitable for perishable goods.

  • Please note our products are perishable and will need to be placed in a refrigerator/freezer on delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to you. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Our temperature controlled packaging can only guarantee that your goods are temperature controlled for 24/36 hours after dispatch

  • If a delivery fails due to no one being available to accept and sign for delivery or suitble alternative delivery instructions have not been given collection will have to be made by you from the courier's depo.

 

Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)​

  • Hampshire Gluten Free Company are passionate about keeping your personal information secure, below you will find how we handle, store & share personal data.

  • Hampshire Gluten Free Company provide products for sale online and at attended events and receive personal data for the management of online goods orders. As part of the ordering process the customer provides personal details pertaining to their order and the subsequent delivery of their order.

  • For online orders the following data is collected; Name, Address, Contact Details (email & phone number), 'safe space' delivery location to allow for orders to be fulfilled.

  • In order to complete an online order customers complete payments via 3rd parties (PayPal or Wix Payments) and pass transactional data only. They don't store personal information, or store physical payment details

  • We utilise Google and Wix Analytics to monitor the status and performance of our website to make improvements for our customers. Data is anonymous and cannot be tracked to individual IP addresses.

  • Personal data related to customers name, address, contact details (email & phone number) and 'safe space' delivery location are shared with our preferred 3rd party delivery partners to facilitate delivery of online orders

  • Hampshire Gluten Free Company may collect data related to name and email address marketing purposes, or to advise on any delays / issues with events or online orders. Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Hampshire Gluten Free Company are exempt from requirements to register with UK ICO, however we follow their guidance and processes in relation to GDPR

Right of Withdrawal

  • If goods arrive in a spoiled state customers are advised not to consume the goods. Photographic evidence of spoiled items and packaging must be provided within 30 minutes of the goods being delivered and emailed to hampshireglutenfree@outlook.com

 

  • We may ask for spoilt goods to be collected by our preferred courier for quality control purposes and must be returned in the original packaging and contain the chiller agent as delivered
