Delivered fresh and suitable for home freezing
Many of our customers often complain about gluten free breads available in the supermarkets describing them either as cardboard, cotton wool or polystyrene. Our gluten free rolls have the advantage of tasting like actual bread! They don't crumble and they're light in texture so ideal for filling with your favourite sandwich filler, burgers, dunking in soup or serving as a dinner roll
Ingrediants: Gluten & wheat free flour (rice, tapioca, potato, buckwheat, carob, sugarbeet fibre, xanthan gum), water, egg, sugar, rapeseed oil, yeast, spirit vinegar, salt.

Storage: Our rolls don't contain any artifical preservatives so we recommend you freeze them on day of delivery then thaw as required. To thaw, leave covered at room temperature for approx 20 minutes.
